We are happy to announce that online registration for the 2020 OISA competitive season is live. After working through this project we’ve made some changes to the registration process that hopefully will make things easier for everybody. However, it is not possible to save a registration and come back later, so please be ready to complete it in one sitting. It it not an arduous process. You will need to create an account on the site that will be tied to any registrations you make. It will enable us more flexibility with contact and administrative tasks.
One of the biggest changes is team advisors are no longer responsible for submitting a packet full of paperwork and filling out an Excel spreadsheet. Instead we are able to manage that info through the software. Team advisors just need to fill out the Volunteer Registration below.
Important: All of the Mt Hood Meadows paperwork still needs to be completed. The Race & Competition Waiver needs to be completed by all racers and can be filled out online and will be attached to your account for Mt Hood Meadows. The Providence Consent Form must be hand signed, so team advisers will need to collect those from riders and send it to Meadows along with the completed Coach Packet.
In addition to not having to turn in packets, teams do not need to pay fees up front. After registration for riders closes on December 15th, we will invoice each team based on our usual fee structure. The fees for the 2020 season are as follows:
Full Team: $100 each school for teams with 4 or more riders.
Associate Team: $20 each school per school for teams with 3 or fewer riders
Coach fees: $10 each coach
Rider fees:$50 each rider. For any size team in addition to the team fee.
Southern Oregon Snowboard Team, Westside Riders Association, or Eastside Snowboard Team riders select that team and then will be presented a list of schools to choose from.
We are requiring registrants to upload an off snow photo during the process and an optional on snow photo. These photos will live in our registration software and are there simply so we can put a face to a name if we need to. They will never be shared or published anywhere, except for emergency situations.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to email admin@oisa.org
Volunteer registration is for Team Advisors, parent volunteers, or anybody that helps out with our events.
