Details:
- Riders MUST be registered OISA members in order to qualify.
- Submission deadline is 11/15 at midnight.
- Winners announced 11/30.
- Riders will need to coordinate with Meadows directly to claim their prizes.
The application is on a fillable PDF file. The fillable fields do not work in a browser. You must download them and fill them out with software like Adobe Acrobat Reader. The essay questions are to be submitted on a separate sheet. Riders should double check that everything is saved correctly and showing their responses before sending it in. We sometimes get blanks.
