Please read instructions before registering for the season. Be sure to forward your confirmation email to your team advisor so they know you are registered with OISA. And don’t forget to complete the Meadows race waiver and forward that confirmation as well.

You need to be in highschool.
You will need to complete the Meadows race waiver and forward the confirmation to your team advisor.
Also forward your OISA membership confirmation email from liveheats to your team advisor.

This is our first year using LiveHeats and we’ll continue to improve the process.
You’ll need to create a LiveHeats account to register as a rider with OISA this year. This can be the parent or the student.
You’ll need to select Gender (Men/Women) and then Division (Boys/Girls) to match at the bottom under Membership Options. Select which group the rider will be competing with. We defer to the OSAA for rules on Transgender and Nonbinary athletes. "The Oregon School Athletic Association (OSAA) policy states that transgender students may participate in the category associated with their gender identity without restrictions. Gender fluid and non-binary youth may participate in the category they choose, but may not change that category during the season.”
After you select your league, you’ll see a drop down field below it that shows a list of schools in your league.
If your list of schools doesn’t show when you select your league, hit continue and then it will show up.
Beaverton HS is incorrectly listed as Beaverton ACMA. We’ll try to get this fixed sooner than later.
Add Membership Option (after emergency contact info) is what you’ll click to select Boys/Girls for your division.
If you have more than one rider competing in your family, you can “Add Another Athlete” at this point.
On the final screen you will need to agree to the OISA Terms and Conditions including Yes or No to the media release and checkbox to agree to all the rest. Click the link at the bottom to read the OISA terms.
Last check box is your reminder to sign the MHM race waiver and forward your confirmation to your team advisor.
You will receive a confirmation email for your registered rider. It will go to whatever email was used to set up the liveheats account. Please forward this to your team advisor as well so they know you’ve registered.
No fees are due at this time - your team advisor will tell you how and when to pay.
